About Me
Caring, considerate, will always give you the time of day, don’t turn your back on me, friend, amusing, entertaining, all of these oh yeah, intelligent, handsome, friendly, fullof myself, witty, OMG , the list is never ending.
What I don’t like about Upload Society, people who have long lists of friends who are not really friends at all ---- for ”friends” read enemies. So, what happens on this site is you request or receive a request from someone wishing to be your friend ....... and then what happens ? you say ”confirm” But then you don’t hear a sausage from them again........ so what’s the purpose of wanting to be someone’s friend if you never communicate with them? So here we have a sittuation of OMG, I have 6,000 friends and I’m the most popular person on Upload Society. Hogwash ---- you’re merely a number , an entity who believes to have friends is worthwhile , comforting.... but it’s so false.
Do we have a section on here for enemies ? Maybe an invite , like this ” Would you like to be my enemy, ” Oh yeah , sure thing , why not. Before we know it we’re receiving vast amounts of requests to be one’s enemy, yeah I have 6,000 friends and 5,000 enemies.
So, in conclusion this friend thing is pretty much empty. I have an example, first name that comes to mind is ”Ren” nice person I’m sure but several times I tried contacting that person without response except for some stupid doodling that people like to do here.
And then when you ask someone a civil question you get blocked. What price ”friendship”
Well ” DreamCatcher” block me as much as you like you didn’t even know I existed until I contacted you and asked who you were and what your gender was because you had so much garbage on your channel I couldn’t even finfd what you were or when you joined as if I’m really bothered to know it anyway.
O.K. so enough grumbling could people who want to be friends really mean it ?

Remember, remember the Fifth of November,
The Gunpowder Treason and Plot,
I know of no reason
Why the Gunpowder Treason.
Should ever be forgot.
Guy Fawkes, Guy Fawkes, ’twas his intent
To blow up the King and Parli’ment.
Three-score barrels of powder below
To prove old England’s overthrow;
By God’s mercy he was catch’d
With a dark lantern and burning match.
Hulloa boys, Hulloa boys, let the bells ring.
Hulloa boys, hulloa boys, God save the King!

–Traditional English nursery rhyme

Tomorrow, November 5, is Guy Fawkes Day. While it doesn’t get a lot of press on this side of the Atlantic, it really should. It’s the day that the English remember one of their most notorious villains (or one of their most celebrated heroes, depending on their mood or ideological leaning).

In the early hours of November 5, 1605, Fawkes was found hiding under the House of Lords with a cache of gunpowder large enough to level the entire building. He had planned to take out the entire English government — king, ministers, parliament and all — during the State Opening of Parliament. Now that’s one way to cut government spending!

Fawkes was tortured and executed, of course. Kings tend to frown on attempted assassinations, after all. But he is remembered, in typically dry English humor, as “the last man to enter parliament with honest intentions.”

Today, the English celebrate Guy Fawkes Night with fireworks displays and by burning effigies of Fawkes or of contemporary political figures… but it’s always a little ambiguous as to whether they’re celebrating the foiling of the gunpowder plot or the spirit of rebellion behind it.

More than anything, it’s an excuse to get blind drunk and light things on fire… something that every red-blooded American should appreciate.

AND here is a Blog intended for "IcutMyselfDaily'schannel" but I thought it was rather good ..... so I'm blogging it.

"Cut myself ,
You seem to be very bitter about the Anglo Saxons, have you ever looked at the Spanish history of the invasion of South America and Mexico what they did to the aboriginal inhabitants. Same goes for the Anglo-Saxon settlers in North America , they invaded the Eastern Seaboard of America creating colonies separating from the British in the War of Independence , following their victory (the colonists) they began an expansive invasion into other parts of the North American continent. At the time it wasn't British policy to take land from the Native People. Of course the British had nothing to be proud of in the first place invading their lands.
To go further I guess the French weren't innocent of taking Native lands also having vast areas of North America under their control. Another point I would like to make is this is what has happened in the past--- all humans have invaded other cultures from the time they left the jungles, I have no sympathy or support what for what the British or English did in the past . If I had been present say at the time of the Norman Conquest I guess I would have been a freedom fighter against the Normans who invaded a peaceful land without ambitions of taking other people's land. Since the Normans arrived in England it s only been bad news for the English. They committed "Volksmord" , sorry can't remember the English word just now. We have been downtrodden ever since the Arrival of these Normans whose families still own 90 % of the wealth and lands of this nation. The ruling classes can be traced back to the Normans and you could say I too am a hater of what has happened in the past, I do have a lot more to say if you're interested and we could maybe discuss the wrongs of the World as "fellow haters" Thanks for your comments , Greg
