Description
An edit, to give the song a even heavier sound, even crispier, nicer & clearer, with a hypnotizing Brian Jones video effect...
Real live stereo version, broadcast by the BBC. 1964 - one channel on TV, the other channel on the radio: at home people could listen to the Stones in stereo!
This one has been for ages on the bootleg "Get Satisfaction... If You Want!" and was only recently released on the three hundred and thirty third Rolling Stones compilation album... oh well, better late than never...

Chuck Berry recorded this song in 1961. His version got the attention of The Rolling Stones, who covered it in 1964 and made it a regular part of their stage show.

This one was recorded live March 19, 1964. Camden Theatre, London.

ROUTE ’66
(1946 - Bobby Troup)(more info on this song is at the bottom *)

well if you ever plan to motor west
just take my way that’s the highway that’s the best
get your kicks on Route ’66

well it winds from Chicago to L.A.
more than 2000 miles all the way
get your kicks on Route ’66

well goes from St. Louie down to Missouri
Oklahoma City looks oh so pretty
you’ll see Amarillo and Gallup, New Mexico
Flagstaff, Arizona don’t forget Winona
Kingman, Barstow, San Bernadino

would you get hip to this kindly tip
and go take that California trip
get your kicks on Route ’66
