Twitter's Terms of Service violates my Free Speech rights and violates all the Twitter/X's users' Free Speech rights - I was falsely suspended from Twitter/X on July 18, 2023 based on Twitter/X's DEFAMATION lie about I evaded suspension. I never evaded suspension. I was then reinstated back on Twitter/X on November 29, 2023 after I repeatedly contacted Twitter/X about I evaded suspension and to find out the real reason(s) why I was falsely suspended. The new lies which Linda Yaccarino, the X's Employees and Elon Musk said I did which caused me to falsely get banned from Twitter/X are about I posted and deleted the same content repeatedly, and about I am aggressive. I didn't posted and deleted the same content repeatedly, and even if I did posted and deleted the same content repeatedly. Then that means that Twitter/X's Rules and Twitter/X's Terms of Service violates all Twitter/X's users' Free Speech rights. I was NOT aggressive. The new lies also contains truths but the truths are stupid and violates my Free Speech rights because that means that I can't wish 100 Twitter/X's users Merry Christmas and/or Happy Birthday.
