If you don't know what is Dailymotion. Well Dailymotion is a video hosting social media platform (website) like BitChute, Vimeo and YouTube. Dailymotion is a platform and not a publisher. This means that Dailymotion must not violate their users' Section 230 rights, Free Speech rights, Fair Use rights and other laws.
My Criminal Complaint against Dailymotion as you read will show that Dailymotion did violated my Section 230 rights and my other rights too. I want you government officials to know that I uploaded a video about the video game called Dead or Alive Xtreme 2 to my Dailymotion Channel called FascinatingVision on October 19, 2021. Dailymotion then violated my Free Speech rights and Section 230 rights by deleting that Dead or Alive Xtreme 2 video on October 20, 2021. Dailymotion does allow their users to upload videos about the Dead or Alive Xtreme 2 video game as you can see on the Dailymotion website here https://www.dailymotion.com/search/Dead%20or%20Alive%20Xtreme/videos so enjoy. I did contact Dailymotion a few times by e-mail.
